This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of projects across multiple industries, contributing to the preparation of architectural presentations, construction drawings, and documents. The Architectural Designer will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality design solutions for both public and private sector clients, leveraging their skills in AutoCAD and Revit to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
• Review design documents and construction estimates.
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team.
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats.
