The ideal candidate will possess: Architectural Designer or Registered Architect with 5-15 years of experience in a lead architectural role on projects from concept through construction completion. Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's in Architecture preferred. Experienced in programming, working through creative solutions with the client, schematic design, design development, developing construction documents and specifications, and supporting projects through construction administration. Experience in government buildings preferred but not required. Revit/BIM experience required. Experienced and comfortable working directly with the client providing timely updates on project status, discussing project scope, etc. Demonstrates a customer service focus. Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines. Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time. Candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
