About the position

The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, and collaborating with a team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine design concepts
• Assisting with project planning and ensuring timelines are met
• Creating conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models
• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications
• Conducting site visits to assess progress and resolve design issues
• Contributing to the development and implementation of architectural solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio of projects
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
• Ability to create both 2D and 3D architectural representations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
