About the position

Actalent is seeking an Architectural Designer for an in-office position at our Beverly, MA location. This role requires a professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program or equivalent, along with 0-6 years of professional architecture experience, particularly in commercial and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, and will possess a collaborative team mentality, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project standards, professionalism, and creativity are conducted.
• Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity or as part of a larger team on larger projects.
• Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
• Prepare schematic drawings, drawing sets, presentations, submittals.
• Follow project through DD/CD phase.
• Regular site visits depending on project.

Requirements

• Professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program or equivalent.
• 0-6 years of professional architecture experience with a focus on commercial/multifamily projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, team mentality.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
