Your role will also require strong leadership skills, as you will be expected to build relationships with team members and clients alike, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for high-end architectural design.
  • Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
  • Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning for project completion.
  • Create drawings, models, and images of proposed projects using design software.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Architectural license required.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, and Religious projects preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to integrate design requirements with architectural considerations.
