About the position

Responsibilities

• Draft and design layouts for public facilities using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support architectural staff in meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and subconsultants to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with the International Building Code (IBC) and technical specifications.
• Assist in cost estimating for projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and technical specifications.
• Experience in cost estimating for architectural projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
