• 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong design skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent drafting skills and experience in 3D rendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, SketchUp, 3DMax or Rhino.
• Strong hand-sketch and verbal/written presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in construction document development.
