A well-established and growing architecture firm in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an Architectural Designer to take full ownership of projects from conception to finishing details. This role is crucial for the firm as it involves managing multiple architecture projects, ensuring that they are scheduled, planned, and executed effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using design software to create sketches and drawings of proposed projects, while also ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding architecture. The Architectural Designer will play a key role in the firm’s success by not only managing projects but also by being significantly detail-oriented. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Licensure in the state preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUP.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
  • Ability to generate and deliver reports to stakeholders and team members.
