You will assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and construction documents, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. In this position, you will participate in client meetings both virtually and on-site, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Your contributions will be vital in helping SYSTRA maintain its reputation as a trusted partner in the architecture and engineering field, particularly in serving various Northeast-based governmental agencies and clients. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, coworkers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • 3-5 years' experience in an architecture design environment
  • Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes
  • Experience with projects with various Northeast based governmental agencies and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in MicroStation
  • Architectural Registration
  • Experience in elevator replacement projects
  • Experience with NYCHA or other affordable housing
