About the position

The Architectural Designer will play a crucial role in the real estate development team, responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for various projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This position requires collaboration with multiple teams to produce high-quality architectural plans and visual presentations that align with project goals and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Ensure all architectural plans are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality design presentations.
• Manage all architectural documentation.
• Focus on innovation, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Ensure all project presentations reflect the project's aesthetic and functional requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for construction.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for design presentations and graphic materials.
• Ability to create both 2D drawings and 3D renderings.
• Experience redlining architectural blueprints.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Lumion, a 3D architectural visualization software.
• Experience working with real estate developers or investment firms.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for visual presentations.
