An established architectural firm, recognized as one of the best places to work in the Austin metro area, is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team of architects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of projects across multiple industries, contributing to the preparation of architectural presentations, construction drawings, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design process from conceptual stages through to construction, working closely with project architects and engineering consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
• Review design documents and construction estimates.
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team.
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats.
