About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, including designing and overseeing drafters/designers. You must be proficient in Revit, as it is the only software used. Projects include multifamily and corporate buildings. Responsibilities include client interaction for project updates, business development, and bidding on new projects. You will take drawings from concept to design, handle construction drawings, and provide direction to drafters while giving progress updates to GCs and clients. This role also offers the opportunity to become a partner in the firm as the owner is looking to phase out.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish.
• Design and oversee drafters/designers.
• Interact with clients for project updates.
• Engage in business development and bidding on new projects.
• Take drawings from concept to design.
• Handle construction drawings.
• Provide direction to drafters.
• Give progress updates to general contractors and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in Revit
• 4+ years of commercial and retail design experience
• Ability to become Licensed or Registered
• Experience interfacing with clients & customers
