About the position

Design Ergonomics is seeking a passionate Architectural Designer to help transform the dental industry by focusing on ergonomic design and efficiency in dental practices. The role involves collaborating with clients to create innovative architectural solutions that enhance workplace culture and reduce production waste. The designer will work closely with a diverse team to develop and implement designs that improve clinician health and productivity, contributing to the company's mission of elevating patient care in dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects.
• Develop detailed schematics and design plans using software such as Revit/CAD.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.
• Participate in project meetings to present designs, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors during the construction phase to ensure designs are executed accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software: Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, CAD, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, and SolidWorks is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing previous architectural designs is required for consideration.

Nice-to-haves
