The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support during the design development process, ensuring that all designs comply with established standards and regulations. This role involves reviewing construction documents to ensure design compliance on key projects and providing guidance during the construction phase to maintain alignment with the design intent. The Architectural Designer will also be expected to offer field support to clarify design elements and ensure that the construction adheres to the approved documents. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with various teams to achieve the best outcomes for luxury residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide review, comment, and direction during the design development process.
• Conduct construction document review for design compliance on critical projects.
• Support the division during construction for design clarification and direction.
• Offer field guidance to maintain compliance with design intent and construction documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Experience designing residential and luxury homes.
