About the position

The Project Designer is responsible for the creation and production of technical drawings to support all aspects of our Architecture and Interior Design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce technical drawings for various architecture and interior design projects.
  • Utilize Revit software extensively for drafting and design tasks.
  • Collaborate with a team of four other drafters to ensure project goals are met.
  • Make site visits once a month initially, potentially increasing to weekly visits.
  • Support commercial projects, primarily in retail and healthcare sectors.

Requirements

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or 2-year technical certification in Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Revit.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles.
