About the position

As an Architectural Designer at Actalent, you will play a crucial role in providing design support across various stages of architectural projects. Your responsibilities will include documenting existing conditions, engaging in schematic design, and preparing comprehensive construction documents. You will be expected to create high-quality renderings that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and assemble compelling presentations that showcase your work. Additionally, you will manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring that all design elements are accurately represented and coordinated within the project framework. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients realize their architectural visions while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support for existing conditions documentation.
• Engage in schematic design and prepare construction documents.
• Create renderings and assemble client presentations.
• Manage Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies.
• Experience with Revit.
