About the position

As an Architectural Designer at edmSTUDIO, you will be part of an integrated design team focused on creating sustainable architectural solutions. Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing design solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams with the highest level of care for the project and respect for the team.
• Assisting in continual improvement of the edmSTUDIO design process.
• Conducting building documentation and analysis of existing conditions and code.
• Developing the design and documentation of projects including presentations, marketing research and coordination with the team.
• Checking technical work for accuracy.
• Administering construction, including on-site observations.
• Working with the leadership team to improve the everyday work process.
• Pursuing personal growth and learning opportunities.
• Actively seeking the latest technologies related to architectural principles and practices.
• Becoming involved with professional and business sector organizations and associations.
• Demonstrating an active presence in the community.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Registered Architect or working towards Professional Certification (LEED, WELL, Passive House, etc.).
• Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe programs.
