An established, well-rounded architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in North Canton, Ohio. This position is ideal for a highly motivated designer who is eager to participate in various aspects of architectural design, including preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings, and documents for a diverse range of projects. The Architectural Designer will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and execution of projects for both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
• Review design documents and construction estimates.
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experienced in using Revit software.
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team.
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats.
