Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural document production within a multi-discipline project team.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural design.
• Manipulate point cloud data from laser scanning for project documentation.
• Coordinate with project leads and managers on the production of drawings.
• Maintain project files using established systems.
• Travel locally and nationally to document existing conditions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Knowledge of laser/Lidar scanning and point cloud manipulation is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
