About the position

Cline Design Associates is seeking an Architectural Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Raleigh office. The role involves working on various architectural projects, from Schematic Design through the Construction Document phase, with a focus on multi-family and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, proficiency in Revit, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on architectural projects from Schematic Design through the Construction Document phase.
• Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Utilize Revit and other graphic software for 3D modeling and rendering.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling software.
• Strong graphic ability and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative office environment.

Nice-to-haves

• On track to pursue NCARB AXP & Licensure.
