About the position

The Architectural Designer position involves creating architectural drawings and presentations, collaborating with clients, and managing multiple projects. The role requires a strong understanding of both residential and commercial construction, along with experience in permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings, renderings, and 2D and 3D presentations/design drawings.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints.
• Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details.
• Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Prepare and submit permit documentation.
• Perform data entry of requirements related to permit issuance and follow up during the process.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and V-Ray.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Experience with permitting processes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to develop existing client relationships and establish new ones.
• Willingness to travel as required.
