About the position

Actalent is seeking a dedicated Architectural Production Designer to support our team on K-12, Civic, and Higher Education projects. This role is ideal for individuals focused on a production-oriented career path with no current plans for licensure. The successful candidate will contribute to our dynamic team by utilizing extensive Revit skills, with knowledge of Lumion and Enscape being highly advantageous. The Architectural Production Designer will play a crucial role in the design and production phases of various architectural projects, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and standards. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with other team members, providing support and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong technical skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the architectural team in the design and production of K-12, Civic, and Higher Education projects.
• Utilize Revit extensively to create and modify architectural designs and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and visualizations using Lumion and Enscape.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience with Lumion and Enscape is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
