A well-established and growing architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Designer to take full ownership of projects from conception to finishing details. This role involves scheduling, planning, managing, and executing multiple architecture projects while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. The ideal candidate will utilize design software to create sketches and drawings of proposed projects, effectively communicate with staff, clients, and principals, and thrive in a culture of accountability and meeting deadlines. The firm values detail-oriented individuals who can spot and rectify potential design flaws and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, manage, and execute multiple architecture projects.
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Understand state and local regulations regarding architecture.
• Effectively communicate information to staff, clients, and principals.
• Promote a culture of accountability and meet expected deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Licensure in the state preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUP.
• Significantly detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
• Ability to generate reports and deliver them to stakeholders and team members.
