Actalent is seeking a mid-level Architectural Designer/Draftsperson to join an architectural design firm in Downtown Columbus. The role focuses on producing construction documents primarily using Revit, with a strong emphasis on educational building projects, including K-12 and higher education facilities. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and local building codes.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in Revit Architecture.
• 2 years of drafting experience in commercial design.
• Ability to produce construction documents.
