A well-established and growing architecture firm in Atlanta is seeking an Architectural Designer to take full ownership of projects from conception to finishing details. This role is crucial for the firm as it involves managing multiple architecture projects, ensuring they are scheduled, planned, and executed effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using design software to create sketches and detailed drawings of proposed projects, while also ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding architecture. Effective communication with staff, clients, and principals is essential to thrive in this position, as is the ability to foster a culture of accountability and meet expected deadlines. Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, manage and execute multiple architecture projects.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Understand state and local regulations regarding architecture.
• Effectively communicate information to staff, clients, and principals.
• Promote a culture of accountability and meet expected deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Licensure in the state preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUP.
• Significantly detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
• Ability to generate reports and deliver reports to stakeholders and team members.
