About the position

Mass Architecture Studio is a Philadelphia-based architecture firm dedicated to serving the tri-state area, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Our firm specializes in providing tailored design and consulting services to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring that each project aligns with the specific goals of our clients. Our diverse portfolio showcases a range of projects, from custom single-family homes to large-scale developer-driven commercial and multi-family residential buildings. We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to join our team. This role is crucial as it involves assisting project architects throughout all phases of work. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and inquisitive individual who possesses excellent time management and organizational skills. The Architectural Designer will play a key role in the design process, contributing to the development of innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs and project specifications. This position offers a competitive compensation package based on experience. Initially, the role will be in-office full-time, with the potential for hybrid work arrangements following a six-month performance review. Responsibilities

  • Assist project architects during all phases of work
  • Contribute to the design process by developing innovative architectural solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Prepare design presentations and documentation as required
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide input and feedback

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years experience working in a professional office environment; prior experience at an architectural or engineering firm preferred
  • Degree from a NAAB-accredited Architecture program required
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite required
  • Familiarity with Google office suite or similar Microsoft office suite
