This includes utilizing software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create and revise architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The role also requires effective communication and coordination with engineering consultants, manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives. Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
  • Review design documents and construction estimates
  • Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Degree in Architecture preferred
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
  • Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
  • Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats
