This role is essential for managing and maintaining the company's portfolio of master plans, marketing materials, and production construction details. The designer will collaborate with various departments to ensure that designs are accurate and meet business needs, contributing to the creation of quality homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain plan portfolios, including master plans and marketing materials.
• Assist in the design development and redesign of existing plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and minimize variances in house plans.
• Schedule and utilize web-based software to manage workflow effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AutoCAD and home design, preferably in a builder's office.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
