Responsibilities

• Produce construction document sets using Revit.
• Engage in all phases of a project, including schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
• Collaborate with team members across the NYC, DC, and Richmond, VA offices.
• Participate in the design process for healthcare and commercial projects.
• Ensure high-quality design standards and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in a commercial design setting.
• Proficiency in Revit and ability to produce construction document sets within the software.
• Experience and exposure to all phases of a project: schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
• BS or MS in Architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare design is a plus.
