About the position

The Architectural Designer will report to the firm Principals and the Project Manager, responsible for producing comprehensive project documents throughout all phases, from initial design to construction observation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure project expectations and timelines are met, as well as mentoring junior team members when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Produce full project documents through all phases of the project, from initial design through construction observation.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure the project meets expectations and timelines.
• Assist with mentoring junior team members if needed.

Requirements

• Experience in architectural design and project documentation.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to architectural design.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
