We are currently hiring for an entry-level position, specifically an Intern Architect, at our Southwest Gulf Coast office located in Englewood, Florida. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience and a strong desire to learn and evolve into a full-fledged Architect. We are in search of a self-motivated individual who possesses good design and communication skills, and who enjoys collaborating with a team to successfully execute projects. This role will provide a variety of experiences, ranging from schematic design to construction administration, and will involve working on both commercial and residential projects of varying scales. Candidates should have a working knowledge of various software tools, particularly AutoCAD, and experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is considered a plus. Compensation for this position will be competitive, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Collaborate with team members to create successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to produce architectural drawings and models.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
  • Support the team in various tasks related to both commercial and residential projects.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
  • Strong interest in contemporary architecture and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Good design and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other architectural software.
