About the position

The Architectural Designer at DM Architectural, DPC is responsible for executing architectural assignments across all project phases, from design discussions to the preparation of construction documents. This role involves collaboration with the design team, clients, and consultants to ensure project deliverables meet firm standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned architectural assignments in all project phases.
• Contribute to design discussions and develop design concepts into project drawings.
• Prepare construction documents and coordinate with consultants.
• Develop details, conduct code and materials research, and assist with field surveys.
• Provide architectural project deliverables including details, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Assist with the coordination of structural, mechanical, and electrical designs with architectural designs.
• Furnish blueprints, copies, reports, and bid registers as necessary.
• Complete field surveys and existing conditions documentation.
• Support the production of project documentation and maintain close collaboration with the design team, clients, and consultants.

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or a technical degree with up to 5 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud services, Autodesk Recap, Bluebeam PDF, Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint and Teams.
