As an Architectural Designer at Actalent, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. This position involves direct interaction with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that the designs align with their vision. You will be responsible for conducting precise measurements for layouts, which is essential for creating accurate and functional designs. The work environment is dynamic, located in a new high-rise building where the company occupies the top two floors, housing nearly 100 professionals. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Conduct measurements for layouts to ensure accuracy in designs.
• Utilize Revit software to create and modify architectural designs.
• Rework or modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Provide management support throughout the design and implementation phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Required).
• Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design.
• Strong understanding of design layout calculations and blueprint compliance.
• Excellent client interaction skills to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
