• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp for design purposes, with exposure to Revit preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• 3-5 years of experience in both commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with exposure to Revit preferred.
• Strong understanding of accessibility codes, ComCheck, and ResCheck.
• Ability to manage projects from design schematics through construction administration.
• Familiarity with both custom homes and multi-family commercial buildings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a 'figure-it-out' mindset.
