About the position
As a Mid-Level Architectural Designer, you will actively collaborate as part of the project design team on multiple projects, including sports stadiums. You will provide an understanding of design concepts utilizing Revit and demonstrate the ability to apply and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities that further the design concept. Your role will involve providing leadership in the detailed production of project design and contract documents for projects of varying construction types and technical requirements. You will collaborate with an integrated multi-disciplinary design team through design, development, production of construction documents, and construction administration phases. Additionally, you will develop creative and practical design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project design team on multiple projects, including sports stadiums.
- Utilize Revit to understand and execute design concepts.
- Lead the detailed production of project design and contract documents.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary design team through all project phases.
- Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience with construction document production
- Experience with construction administration
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with design development
- Experience with schematic design
- Experience with construction drawings
Nice-to-haves
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of experience
