Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.
  • Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.
  • Review design documents and construction estimates.
  • Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Degree in Architecture preferred.
  • Experienced in using Revit.
  • Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team.
  • Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats.
