Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of architectural design experience, focusing on light commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA compliance in commercial architecture.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
