Responsibilities

• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to generate precise and accurate drawings.
• Build and maintain a design library of details and drawings.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed drawings and technical plans for architectural designs, equipment layouts, and furnishing arrangements.
• Incorporate necessary measurements, dimensions, and details into drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other team members to maintain project timelines and meet deadlines.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in architectural drafting techniques.

Requirements

• A degree or certification in AutoCAD and Revit, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet project deadlines.
