About the position

The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed construction plans using Revit, collaborating closely with team members and project managers to ensure project success. This role requires over 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and a strong understanding of construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft detailed construction plans using Revit.
• Communicate daily with the team and project managers.
• Work on and understand sheets and drawings such as interior elevations, roof drawings, building section details, and millwork details.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Report to the Project Manager and other team leads.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong understanding of construction documents.
• Degree in Architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in healthcare or commercial space is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with interior elevations and design.
• Experience with construction documentation.
