About the position

The Architectural Drafter position at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. involves assisting in the design and drafting of various retail projects, including Big Box stores, retail centers, and strip malls. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, with a preference for candidates who have experience in architectural design and drafting specifically for retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the architectural design and drafting for retail projects.
• Prepare production work including red lining, layout, BOM's, ceiling and floor plans, and elevations.
• Follow direction from architects and team leaders on project specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office tools effectively in project execution.

Requirements

• Associates' or Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired but not required.
• Experience in architectural design and drafting for retail projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Experience with Revit is a plus.
• Previous drafting experience for gymnasiums is a plus.
• Must have experience in production work.
