Responsibilities

• Complete building permit drawing sets for residential projects.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize knowledge of US construction methods in drafting designs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an architectural draftsman/designer, particularly in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of US construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to create comprehensive building permit drawing sets.
• Experience with site visits and conducting surveys.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software.
