Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects and clients to develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with project goals and requirements.
  • Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, material selections, color schemes, and furniture specifications.
  • Produce 3D renderings, sketches, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials and furnishings, ensuring quality and adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the construction phase to ensure the successful implementation of interior design plans.
  • Stay updated on current trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to continually enhance design solutions and offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural interior design, preferably in a professional design firm or architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, building codes, and regulations related to interior design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and project teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
