About the position

The Architectural Photography Manager will oversee a team of photographers in a full-time role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality photography services for the commercial and real estate marketplace, optimizing workflows, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective team management and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 photographers, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to standards.
• Optimize workflows and conduct regular quality audits to maintain service excellence.
• Address client inquiries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement through performance metrics.
• Provide coaching on new technologies, photography techniques, and company procedures.
• Serve as the main contact for technical equipment issues, coordinating with IT for resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service, with some regional travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams of 6+.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage remote teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient in analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license required.
