About the position

The Architectural Project Coordinator at H Mart Inc. is responsible for assisting in the design and management of architectural projects from inception to completion. This role involves drafting CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with the interior design and engineering teams to maintain project schedules and documentation, ensuring all activities are recorded accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and managing projects from concept to completion
• Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings
• Analyze and monitor all project documents, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance of project documents with relevant codes and regulations and construction standards
• Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan and schedule
• Assist in facilitating communication among various teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with the in-house interior design team and project architect/engineer team
• Assist in developing prototypes with standardized layouts and construction systems/details
• Maintain records of all project activities, including contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes, and payment reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
• Eligibility for legal employment in the US
• Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
• Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
