The Opportunity: As an Architectural Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of promoting our advanced product line, serving as a trusted advisor to architects, designers, engineers, and specifiers. This pivotal role allows us to influence significant projects, drive product specifications, and expand our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance and specifications to design professionals, securing project specifications for our innovative products.
  • Educate clients on our products' unique capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with their design visions.
  • Represent Staffmark at industry events, including AIA and CSI meetings, seminars, and product presentations, establishing and nurturing key relationships.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales leads, contributing to our market share growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and technical advancements, providing valuable management insights.
  • Work closely with customers, identify key decision makers, and build trusted business relationships with influencers and specifiers such as designers, architects, builders, contractors, dealers, spec writers, owners, and construction managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural sales or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
  • Proficiency in Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with BIM processes and implementation is highly desirable.
