About the position

dormakaba is seeking a remote Architectural Services Representative (ASR) based in the Seattle, WA region. The ASR is responsible for effectively promoting dormakaba's entire North American portfolio of products, solutions, and services to architectural firms, design-build firms, and government architects. This role is crucial in developing long-term architectural customers by creating relationships based on dormakaba's ability to provide a deep portfolio of solutions, products, and services that reflect the best interests of the architects' clients. The ASR will ensure that the architectural firm's library is fully up to date with dormakaba's literature, technical documents, and relevant samples, and will coordinate the forwarding of completed specifications to the appropriate sales teams. Additionally, the ASR will manage Requests for Applications (RFA's) and navigate approval procedures for individual firms, as well as conduct American Institute of Architects (AIA) registered educational programs, commonly known as “Lunch & Learn,” to architectural firms and at association events. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while still requiring a commitment to travel and relationship-building within the architectural community.
