About the position

The CAD Specialist will work closely with the Principal Designer to create detailed CAD drawings for custom design projects, including cabinetry, lighting layouts, and interior millwork. This role emphasizes collaboration in an in-office environment to ensure design accuracy and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer to understand design intent and project requirements.
• Create precise and visually appealing CAD drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Develop detailed layouts and elevations for cabinetry, millwork, and tile installations.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CAD drafting and design.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
