This position allows drivers to lease a truck with zero money down and no balloon payment, enabling them to own the truck in 2 years. The role focuses on providing consistent freight and solid profit margins while minimizing the challenges of owning a business.

Responsibilities

• Operate a leased truck for over-the-road transportation.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Manage freight logistics and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 3 years.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Active Class A CDL license.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with refrigerated shipping.
• Familiarity with GPS mobile communication technology.
