About the position

Witt O'Brien's, part of the Ambipar Group, is seeking an Area Account Manager/Outside Sales professional to join our team in Savannah, GA. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are eager to make a significant impact in the environmental and emergency response services sector. Our company specializes in a comprehensive range of services, including vacuum truck operations, hydro excavation, hazardous and non-hazardous waste transport and disposal, asbestos abatement, soil remediation, and erosion control. In this role, you will be expected to actively engage with area manufacturers, construction companies, contractors, utility companies, and municipalities. Your responsibilities will include participating in weekly sales meetings, scheduling in-person meetings with potential clients, performing daily cold calls and presentations, networking, submitting proposals and quotes, creating accurate invoices, and maintaining our company CRM software to keep client records updated. Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to prospect and schedule in-person meetings with potential clients in your designated area.
  • Perform cold calling, pop-in visits, and presentations daily to help grow the company.
  • Network and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Submit proposals/quotes to meet client expectations.
  • Create accurate invoices to collect revenue and increase your sales commissions.
  • Maintain company CRM software to keep updated records of all client information, client interactions, proposals and invoices, and sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations in challenging environments.
  • Results-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with people.
  • Ability to thrive in a role with freedom and autonomy.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in a hunter role.

Nice-to-haves
