About the position

The Area Clinical Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing expert clinical support and guidance to area teams within the assigned region. This position ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals. The specialist will serve as a clinical resource, supporting agencies in meeting regulatory requirements and implementing company policies and standards. Additionally, the role involves developing and facilitating training programs for clinical staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support and guidance to area teams within the assigned region.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support agencies in meeting and exceeding regulatory and company requirements.
• Ensure implementation of company systems, policies, and standards in preparation for inspections and reviews.
• Develop and facilitate training programs for clinical staff focusing on skills development and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting or a similar area.
• 1 year of experience managing projects or acting in a lead capacity.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards, and coordinating events.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple departments and supporting executive level leadership.
• Knowledge of employment-related regulations (state and federal) is required.
